Benefits And Rewards

Your total reward comprises your base salary, the annual bonus scheme (based on personal performance that is measured through the individual performance management process) and the long-term incentive plan (LTIP). The LTIP is a cash award centred around a combination of individual and company performance. 

Core benefits include 25 days holiday, private healthcare, a personal pension plan into which MedImmune contributes an amount equivalent to 10% of an employee's salary, life assurance and group income protection.

All staff are eligible for a number of benefits that can be individually controlled through the the flexible benefits scheme MEDley.
