CAT-354 is being developed as a treatment for severe asthma and has completed a Phase I clinical trial. GC-1008 is being developed in collaboration with Genzyme and is in Phase I development for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and oncology indications.

CAT-8015 is being developed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. CAT-8015 is in Phase I development as a potential treatment for hairy cell leukaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. CAT-2200 is in pre-clinical development as a potential treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, and CAM-3001 is in Phase I development as a potential treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
