CAT-8015 is being developed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. CAT-8015 is in Phase I development as a potential treatment for hairy cell leukaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. CAT-2200 is in pre-clinical development as a potential treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, and CAM-3001 is in Phase I development as a potential treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. MedImmune has active research programmes against a number of other distinct molecular targets.
