Dyax/ImClone

MedImmune and Dyax have a patent licence agreement granting access to each other's Phage Display patents. Under the terms of the agreement, MedImmune receives milestone payments during development and royalties on product sales. Two human monoclonal antibody drug candidates are now in clinical development by ImClone, licensed from Dyax, which are covered by this agreement.
